The filing deadline for the EEO-1 and VETS-4212 reports are on September 30, 2016.
“Who needs to file an EEO-1 report?”
All companies that are subject to Title VII, and have 100 or more employees. Also, companies that have fewer than 100 employees, but is owned by or corporately affiliated with another company, and the entire enterprise employs a total of 100 or more employees.
Federal contractors subject to Executive Order 11246, with 50 or more employees and contracts or subcontracts amounting to $50,000 or more.
Companies with fewer than 50 employees, but have a federal government contract or subcontract worth $50,000 or more do not have to file.
“Who needs to file a VETS-4212 report?”
All Federal contractors and subcontractors with a contract or subcontract in the amount of $150,000 or more.
